SECTION 16-60-13

   § 16-60-13  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation made under it, orits application to any rule or regulation made under it, or its application toany person or circumstance, is held invalid by a court of competentjurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter, rule, or regulation and theapplication of that provision to other persons or circumstances shall not beaffected the invalidity. The invalidity of any section or sections or parts ofany section or sections shall not affect the validity of the remainder of thechapter.
