SECTION 16-60-4.1

   § 16-60-4.1  Granting of high schooldiplomas for World War II and Korean War veterans. – The board of regents shall have in addition to all the powers enumerated in§ 16-60-1 and § 16-60-4 the authority to develop guidelines forissuing high school diplomas for World War II and Korean War veterans who leftschool early to fight in World War II or the Korean War. The board of regentsshall develop and make available an application and a model diploma. The highschool diploma shall be available to all veterans who left school in any gradeto fight in World War II or the Korean War.
