SECTION 16-61-13

   § 16-61-13  Annual appropriation. –The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sums as it deems necessaryfor the support and maintenance of public telecommunications in the state, andthe state controller is authorized and directed to draw his or her orders uponthe general treasurer for the payment of those appropriations or so much ofthis sum as may be necessary for the purposes appropriated, upon the receipt bythe controller of properly authenticated vouchers, as the authority may by ruleprovide.
