SECTION 16-7.1-14

   § 16-7.1-14  Joint commission. – The special joint commission established in § 16-79-2 supports the fundingprogram established in § 16-7.1-15 and shall continue to assess itseffectiveness as a comprehensive state education aid funding program. Thecommission will examine the needs of pre-kindergarten aged children and adulteducation programs. The commission will also examine compensation and benefitprograms of persons employed in public education.
