§ 16-7-28 Separate revenue and expenditurerecords kept by school communities. – The communities shall provide for the keeping of separate revenue andexpenditure records for all school purposes including capital expenditures onany forms and in any manner that the commissioner of elementary and secondaryeducation may prescribe.
