SECTION 16-7-33
§ 16-7-33 Evaluation of operations –Recommendations. – The commissioner of elementary and secondary education is directed to evaluatethe operation of this chapter, and at least once every three (3) years thestate board of regents for elementary and secondary education shall review thefindings of the commissioner of elementary and secondary education and shallmake its recommendations in writing to the governor and to the general assembly.
