SECTION 16-7-35

   § 16-7-35  Foundation program for schoolhousing – Declaration of policy. – Sections 16-7-35 to 16-7-47 are designed to:

   (1) Guarantee adequate school housing for all public schoolchildren in the state, and

   (2) Prevent the cost of school housing from interfering withthe effective operation of the schools.
