SECTION 16-7-37

   § 16-7-37  Reports from communities. –The superintendent of schools in each community shall certify to thecommissioner of elementary and secondary education by the dates designated inaccordance with the regulations of the board of regents for elementary andsecondary education any information that may be needed for the operation of§§ 16-7-35 to 16-7-47, in any form and upon any blanks that thecommissioner of elementary and secondary education shall require.
