SECTION 16-70-6

   § 16-70-6  Audit requirements. – The Rhode Island children's crusade for higher education is required to obtainthe approval of director of administration and the auditor general prior to theemployment of private auditors. Audit work papers of the private auditors shallbe made available upon request to the auditor general and/or the director ofadministration for their review, at the completion of the audit. The auditreport shall be furnished to the auditor general and the director ofadministration.
