SECTION 16-8-1

   § 16-8-1  State board for vocationaleducation. – The board of regents for elementary and secondary education is constituted anddesignated as the state board for vocational education to cooperate with thefederal office of education and veterans administration, or their successors,in the administration of any act of congress relating to vocational educationand rehabilitation in agriculture, distributive occupations, household arts,trades, and industries, or to disabled veterans and other persons, and tosecure for the state the benefits of that cooperation.
