SECTION 16-9-2
§ 16-9-2 Annual statement – Contents.– The town treasurer shall, before the tenth (10th) day of July in each year,submit to the school committee a statement of all money applicable to thesupport of public schools for the current school year, specifying the sourcesof the money.
