SECTION 17-10-11

   § 17-10-11  Right to appeal striking ofname. – Whenever the local board of any town or city at any meeting held for thepurpose of canvassing the rights and correcting the lists of voters rejects, orcauses to be stricken from the voting list, the name of any person qualified tovote, the person whose name the board has rejected or stricken from any listmay appeal to the state board of elections, setting forth his or her residence,his or her qualifications, and other facts in connection with the rejection orstriking of his or her name from the list, as that person may deem material,and praying that his or her name is added to the list.
