SECTION 17-10-23

   § 17-10-23  Certified copies ofregistration records. – Every clerk of a local board shall, upon payment or tender, furnish to anyperson demanding it a certified copy of any registration of voters, and everytown clerk shall also, upon request of any person and tender of legal fees, andwithout any unreasonable delay, examine the records and certify to the estateof any person, and shall furnish copies of any instrument or writing which maybe on record or in the files of his or her office.
