SECTION 17-10-6

   § 17-10-6  Evidence given at final canvass.– Any qualified elector shall have the right to appear before the local board onthe date set for final canvass and give evidence concerning the correctness ofthe preliminary registration list. Upon the basis of all the evidence, thelocal board shall make any further corrections in the registration records thatit may find necessary. A stenographic record shall be taken at the proceedingsand maintained as a permanent record of the board of canvassers.
