§ 17-12.1-12 - Definitions. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 17-12.1-12

   § 17-12.1-12  Definitions. – For the purposes of this chapter the following terms have the meaning indicatedas follows:

   (1) "Political party" is defined as provided in §17-1-2(9).

   (2) "Uncommitted" means a candidate for delegate not approvedby, obligated, or committed to any particular presidential contender.
