SECTION 17-12-10

   § 17-12-10  Rules and management by city,town, and district committees. – City, town, and district committees of each political party may make rules notinconsistent with the rules of the state committee, and except as otherwisespecifically provided in this chapter, the general management of the affairs ofeach political party in the respective cities, towns, and districts shall bevested in the city, town, or district committee, respectively, subject to allstate committee rules.
