SECTION 17-18-7

   § 17-18-7  Place and time of districtelective meetings – Moderator and clerks as quorum. – Voting district meetings shall be held by the electors of the district at thetimes appointed by law and at the places designated by the local board of therespective cities and towns; and the moderator and clerk, when present, shallconstitute a quorum of electors for the opening of the polls for voting for allcivil officers, except for moderator and clerk.
