SECTION 17-22-8

   § 17-22-8  Lists of absentee voters. –The state board, not later than thirty (30) days after any election day atwhich voting by mail ballot is permitted by chapter 20 of this title, shallprepare and mail to the local board of each city and town a list of names ofevery voter of the city or town who has voted by mail ballot.
