SECTION 17-23-15

   § 17-23-15  Polling or surveying of voteropinion. – (a) No person shall conduct any form of poll or survey of voter opinion orvoter conduct within a building or within fifty (50) feet of the entrance orentrances to a building in which voting is being conducted at any primary orelection; provided, that nothing in this section shall be deemed to apply to orto affect the activities of election officials or election inspectors, or"checkers", "runners", and "watchers" as defined in § 17-19-22.

   (b) Notice of this section shall be posted in a conspicuousplace at all polling places.
