§ 17-4-6 - Manner of voting – Election by plurality.
SECTION 17-4-6
§ 17-4-6 Manner of voting – Electionby plurality. – In all elections of senators and representatives in congress the voting shallbe in accordance with the provisions of chapter 19 of this title, and theperson or candidate receiving the largest number of votes shall be declaredelected.
