§ 17-6-1.1 - Central voter register. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 17-6-1.1

   § 17-6-1.1  Central voter register. –In addition to any other powers and duties given to the secretary by thistitle, the secretary of state is authorized to issue rules and regulationsrelative to the central voter register, and local boards of canvassers arehereby directed to comply with reasonable requests by the secretary of statefor information to accurately maintain the central voter register.
