SECTION 17-9.1-12

   § 17-9.1-12  False certificates inregistration. – Every person who knowingly and willfully makes any false certificate ordeclaration in registering his or her name pursuant to the provisions of thischapter or who knowingly and willfully makes any false statement in anyaffirmation or confirmation form or who, acting in the capacity of a voterregistrar, knowingly and willfully registers a person who has made a falsecertificate or declaration, shall be guilty of a felony.
