SECTION 17-9.1-14

   § 17-9.1-14  Custody of registration cards.– The containers of the original and any duplicate registration cards in thepossession of the local board and the keys to the containers shall be kept inthe custody of the local board, and these containers shall remain securelylocked at all times and shall be opened only by the local board or itsspecially authorized agent at its office, except as provided in this chapter.
