SECTION 17-9.1-18

   § 17-9.1-18  Change of name. – Any registered voter whose name has been changed by marriage or court actionshall be entitled to have the change of name recorded on the registrationrecords of the local board, and upon the recording, shall be entitled to votethereafter under the changed name. The local board shall immediately notify thesecretary of state of the action.
