SECTION 17-9.1-22

   § 17-9.1-22  Tampering with registrationrecords. – Every person who willfully and without lawful authority destroys, secretes,removes, defaces, alters, tampers, or meddles with the original or anyduplicate registration card after any entry has been lawfully made in it, orany official list of registered voters compiled from the registration cards tobe used by any local board or office of the secretary of state in connectionwith the conduct of any election or the mailing of any election materials,shall be guilty of a felony.
