§ 18-15-3 - Diversification.
SECTION 18-15-3
§ 18-15-3 Diversification. – A trustee shall diversify the investments of the trust unless the trusteereasonably determines that, because of special circumstances, the purposes ofthe trust are better served without diversifying.
