SECTION 18-15-4

   § 18-15-4  Duties at inception oftrusteeship. – Within a reasonable time after accepting a trusteeship or receiving trustassets, a trustee shall review the trust assets and make and implementdecisions concerning the retention and disposition of assets, in order to bringthe trust portfolio into compliance with the purposes, terms, distributionrequirements, and other circumstances of the trust, and with the requirementsof this chapter.
