SECTION 18-2-6

   § 18-2-6  Applicability to deceased andcontinuing trustees. – The provisions of §§ 18-2-1 – 18-2-8, as far as they relate to atrustee who is dead, shall include the case of a person nominated trustee in awill but dying before the testator; and these provisions, as far as they relateto a continuing trustee, shall include a refusing or retiring trustee, ifwilling to act in the execution of the provisions of §§ 18-2-1 –18-2-8.
