§ 18-4.1-9 - Perjury.
SECTION 18-4.1-9
§ 18-4.1-9 Perjury. – Any person who is found to have testified falsely under oath before thelegislature, or the attorney general pursuant to this chapter shall be subjectto prosecution for perjury and be subject to the penalties set forth in §18-4.1-13.
