SECTION 18-4-12

   § 18-4-12  Leases authorized. – Leasing may be authorized either generally or with reference to a specificlease, for a fixed period or periods, whether or not the period or periods mayextend beyond the time limited for the determination of the trust, with thoseprivileges of renewal, upon the terms, and subject to the covenants andagreements, whether incidental or collateral, that the court may deem necessaryor desirable, with power in the court to confer upon the trustee or trusteesfull or qualified discretion to determine any of the provisions of the lease orleases.
