SECTION 18-7-22

   § 18-7-22  Applicability. – This chapter applies to a transfer within the scope of § 18-7-3 made afterJune 28, 1985, if the instrument by which the transfer purports to have beenmade uses in substance the designation "as custodian under the Uniform Gifts toMinors Act" or "as custodian under the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act" of anyother state, and the application of this chapter is necessary to validate thetransfer.
