SECTION 18-7-5

   § 18-7-5  Transfer by gift or exercise ofpower of appointment. – A person may make a transfer by irrevocable gift to, or by the irrevocableexercise of a power of appointment in favor of, a custodian for the benefit ofa minor pursuant to § 18-7-10.
