   § 19-10-3  Application of receivershipprovisions – Powers of court. – During the period of the liquidation, the financial institution or credit unionshall be subject to the same provisions provided in this title for theregulation of financial institutions or credit unions in the hands ofreceivers. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to abridge thejurisdiction of the superior court sitting in equity over the financialinstitution or credit union.
