SECTION 19-11-10

   § 19-11-10  Payment of expense ofconservatorship. – The compensation of the conservator and of legal counsel, assistants, and otheremployees of the conservator and all other expenses incident to eachconservatorship, including costs and expenses incurred by the director or thedirector's designee in relation to the conservatorship, shall be fixed by thedirector or the director's designee and paid from and out of the assets of thefinancial institution or credit union.
