SECTION 19-12-4

   § 19-12-4  Schedule of property given toreceiver. – When a receiver or receivers are appointed, the president or treasurer of thefinancial institution or credit union shall make a schedule of its property,and shall make oath that the schedule sets forth all of the property which thefinancial institution or credit union owns or is entitled to. The treasurershall deliver the schedule to the receiver or receivers, who may at any timeexamine, under oath, the treasurer, board of directors, or trustees, or otherofficers, to determine whether all of the property which the financialinstitution or credit union owns or is entitled to has come into the hands ofthe receiver or receivers.
