SECTION 19-13-5

   § 19-13-5  Bank holidays. – The director is further authorized to declare bank holidays with respect to anyor all activities of any regulated institutions, whenever in the director'sjudgment a declaration is required by the public interest. A bank holidaydeclared by the director under this section shall have the same effect, withrespect to banking activities, as the appointment or proclamation of a legalholiday under the provisions of § 25-1-1.
