SECTION 19-13-8

   § 19-13-8  Costs and expenses. – Any costs and expenses incurred by the director in any exercise of the powersgiven under this chapter may be assessed by the director against the regulatedinstitutions concerned and, when so assessed, shall be paid by those regulatedinstitutions.
