§ 19-14.10-21 Unique identifier shown.– The name and the unique identifier of any person originating a residentialmortgage loan shall be clearly shown on all residential mortgage loanapplication forms, solicitations or advertisements, including business cards orwebsites, and any other documents as established by rule, regulation or orderof the director or the director's designee.
