§ 19-14.10-9 - Standards for license renewal.
SECTION 19-14.10-9
§ 19-14.10-9 Standards for licenserenewal. – (a) The minimum standards for license renewal for mortgage loan originatorsshall include the following:
(1) The mortgage loan originator continues to meet theminimum standards for license issuance under § 19-14.10-6.
(2) The mortgage loan originator has satisfied the annualcontinuing education requirements described in § 19-14.10-10.
(3) The mortgage loan originator has paid all required feesfor renewal of the license.
(b) The license of a mortgage loan originator failing tosatisfy the minimum standards for license renewal shall expire. The director orthe director's designee may adopt procedures for the reinstatement of expiredlicenses consistent with the standards established by the Nationwide MortgageLicensing System and Registry.
