SECTION 19-14.8-21

   § 19-14.8-21  Required language. – Unless the director, by rule, provides otherwise, the disclosures and documentsrequired by this chapter must be in English. If a provider communicates with anindividual primarily in a language other than English, the provider mustfurnish a translation into the other language of the disclosures and documentsrequired by this chapter.
