SECTION 19-14-18

   § 19-14-18  Reinstatement of license.– Every license issued under this chapter shall remain in force and effect untilit shall have been surrendered, revoked, or suspended in accordance with theprovisions of this chapter. The director or the director's designee shall haveauthority on his or her own initiative to reinstate suspended licenses or toissue new licenses to a licensee whose licenses have been revoked if no fact orcondition then exists which clearly would have warranted the director or thedirector's designee in refusing originally to issue the license under thischapter. A license reinstatement fee equal to one half (1/2) of the annuallicense fee shall be paid to the director to and for the use of the state.
