SECTION 19-14-24

   § 19-14-24  Other business in same place.– No licensee shall conduct any business under this title within any office orplace of business in which any other business is solicited or engaged, exceptas the director or the director's designee may authorize, in writing. Approvalshall not be unreasonably withheld if the director or the director's designeefinds that the character of the other business is such that the granting of theauthority would not evade the provisions of this chapter.
