SECTION 19-14-27
§ 19-14-27 Modification or repeal ofchapter. – This chapter or any part of this chapter may be modified, amended, or repealedso as to effect a cancellation or alteration of any license or right of alicensee hereunder, provided that the cancellation or alteration shall notimpair or affect the obligation of any pre-existing lawful contract between anylicensee and any customer.
