   § 19-14-29  Appropriations – Fees.– The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sums it may deem sufficientfor clerical assistance and necessary expenses in carrying out the provisionsof this chapter. The state controller is authorized and directed to draw ordersupon the general treasurer for the payment of the sums appropriated, or so muchof the sums as may from time to time be required, upon receipt by him or her ofproper vouchers approved by the director or the director's designee. All feesreceived under the provisions of this title shall be turned over to the generaltreasurer.
