SECTION 19-14-8

   § 19-14-8  Denial of license by default.– If, within sixty (60) days of the initial filing of the application, theapplicant has failed to provide the necessary factual data in order to completethe application, the director or the director's designee shall notify theapplicant, by certified mail, that the application shall be considered indefault and rejected if all necessary data for a completed application is notreceived within fourteen (14) days of the notice unless the application iswithdrawn. The notice shall specify what information is necessary forcompletion.
