   § 19-14-9  Contents of license –Posting. – The license or branch certificate shall contain any information that thedirector or the director's designee shall require, including the type ofactivity authorized. With the exception of licensed mortgage loan originators,the license or branch certificate shall be kept conspicuously posted in theplace of business of the licensee. When dealing with an applicant or potentialapplicant for a mortgage loan or when dealing with any person providingsettlement services (as defined in the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act,as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder from time to time), amortgage loan originator shall disclose the mortgage loan originator'snationwide mortgage licensing system unique identification number upon requestto the applicant or potential applicant and the fact that the mortgage loanoriginator is licensed by this state. Any licensee who shall lose, misplace ormutilate the license or branch certificate shall pay a replacement fee of onehundred dollars ($100) to the director for the use of the state.
