SECTION 19-2-11

   § 19-2-11  Establishment of branches.– Any financial institution or credit union may establish a branch or brancheswithin this state at any other place than its main office upon obtaining theapproval of the director or the director's designee. The director or thedirector's designee shall decide, upon consideration of factors consistent withthe creation of the financial institution or credit union, whether to issue acertificate of public convenience and advantage.
