   § 19-2-15  Approval of amendments toby-laws required. – The by-laws of any financial institution shall not be altered, amended, oradded to except upon approval of the director or the director's designee. Acertified copy of the proposed alteration, amendment, or addition shall besubmitted to the director or the director's designee, who shall endorse his orher approval or disapproval, and shall maintain a copy of the approval ordisapproval.
