SECTION 19-2-18

   § 19-2-18  Record of meetings of boards andcommittees. – Every financial institution and credit union in this state shall cause a recordto be made, in a book kept for that purpose, of all of the proceedings of theboard of directors or trustees or standing committees thereof, at every meetingthereof, and of the names of all directors or trustees or members of committeespresent at any such meeting.
