SECTION 19-2-6

   § 19-2-6  Certificate of president anddirectors elected at first meeting. – The president and a majority of the directors who are elected at the firstmeeting shall make, sign, and make oath to a certificate setting forth:

   (1) A true copy of the agreement to form, the names of thesubscribers to the agreement, and the name, residence, and post office addressof each of the officers of the financial institution; and

   (2) The date of the first meeting.
